The college has an active N.S.S. department. The activities of the department Include

1) Disaster management

2) AIDS awareness, checking of blood group

3) Legal Advise Camp

4) Construction of toilets, interlink roads

5) Water harvesting, soil conservation

6) Anti cracker movement

The College adopts one village for three years and conducts the various activities for the upliftment of rural community and create awareness among their life style

a) THE N.S.S. Volunteers are deputed for district, University, State, National Level N.S.S. Camp, in different places.

b) The N.S.S. unit successfully organized a State Level N.S.S. Camp on " Global Warming " between 12th January and 18th January 2009. It was a grand success.
